This recommended limit may be adjusted at the customer’s request following a risk assessment by the financial institution that serves them.

What should I do if my phone number is associated with another person?

If, when activating MIA Instant Payments, you receive a notification that your phone number is already associated with another person, please contact the support service of the financial institution that serves you.
The institution will initiate a data update procedure. This involves contacting the provider that performed the current registration and is carried out only after the information has been confirmed.
To facilitate or speed up the process, we recommend presenting a certificate issued by your mobile network operator confirming that the phone number belongs to you.

What should I do if a MIA transaction was not completed?

1. Check the transaction status in your banking app.
